Mood + Moon was created by Carrie Mood, a modern tropical astrologer with a background in fine arts and a visual learning approach to astrology. We create tools that make astrology more visual, accessible, and engaging.Our first collection is a series of astrology conversation cards designed to spark curiosity, conversation, and new ways of seeing a chart. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of carriemood.com (the "Site") and your purchase of our products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.In these Terms, "Mood+Moon," "we," "us," and "our" mean the Mood+Moon business based in Seattle, Washington, USA. "You" means anyone who visits the Site or buys from us.1. What We Offer
Mood+Moon creates astrology learning tools, including our Astro Chat cards, a physical card deck designed to help you learn and understand astrology and to spark conversation. We sell our products through the Site and ship them by mail.2. Entertainment and Educational Purposes Only. Our cards and content are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They're meant to spark curiosity and conversation, and you are responsible for your own choices and decisions.3. Eligibility and Shipping Areas
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada.4. Orders and Payment
Prices are shown on the Site in USD / CAD currency and may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full payment card details.
Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
All purchases are one-time payments. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing, or free trials. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and shown to you before you complete your purchase.5. Shipping and Delivery
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect address.Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs. For shipments to Canada, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.6. Refunds
We want you to love your cards. If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are not refundable.To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please return the cards in their original condition; return shipping is at your expense.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.7. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use. All content on the Site and in our products, including the Astro Chat card designs, artwork, text, logos, and the Mood+Moon name, is owned by Mood+Moon and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.Your personal use. When you buy a product, you may use it for your own personal use, including learning, conversation, and gatherings with friends and family.No copying. You may not copy, reproduce, scan, digitize, or redistribute our cards, artwork, or text, in whole or in part, without our written permission.Teaching and sharing. You are welcome to use your cards in your teaching, workshops, or readings, as long as you give Mood+Moon credit.No reselling. Our products are sold for your own use. Please don't resell them without our written permission. For example: "Astro Chat cards by Mood+Moon (carriemood.com)."If you'd like to do something beyond what's described here, just ask at [email protected].8. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site's content; submit false information or impersonate another person; or infringe anyone else's rights.9. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order, such as your name, email address, and mailing address. How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy at [link to your privacy page], which is part of these Terms.10. Third-Party Links and Services
